Apostle Dr. Jaxton Parnell is a Pastor, visionary, ministry planter, mentor, Founder of Manna
Empowerment Center in Memphis, TN. Native of Fort Smith, AR. He is a 2006 graduate of
Northside High School in Fort Smith, AR. In 2009 he earned a Bachelor of Science Sociology
Degree from the University of Michigan Flint . In 2012 he earned a Master of Science in
Psychology from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Parnell received the Doctor of Divinity from LIFT
Bible Crusade College and Seminary, Inc Ocean Springs, MS 39566 on February 12, 2021.

Dr. Parnell is the Founder of LIFE Fellowship. Dr. Parnell is married with eight children. He is also the Founder of Rho Beta Rho Fraternity; Inc. Dr. Parnell is a business owner of five successful businesses In
Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma.
